This evolution has been at the behest of requirements, mandates and compliance from the Regulator and the evolving business requirements emanating from the banking community. The result has been a state of the art UI for the convenience and comfort of all operating entities utilizing the FSS ACS.

Account Activation
The FSS ACS provides the facilities to register the bank customers in Bank Activation Website or allowed to register and activate their card during the shopping.
Security
The FSS ACS supports strict security requirements mandated by Visa:
Hardware Security Module (HSM) Integration - The FSS ACS component that processes cryptographic functions, such as Database Encryption, Auth Token Generation and Digital Signatures. The FSS ACS supports multiple hardware modules.
Database Encryption - Database encryption is used to secure confidential information held inside the database.
Signature Generation - The FSS ACS digitally signs every Payer Authentication Response message to insure that the message contents are not tampered with during transport.
Multiple Issuer Systems
The FSS ACS can process activation and authentication requests for one or more card issuers. The system protects card issuer data by using security features built into the application, such as requiring passwords/OTP for its user interface and protecting sensitive data through issuer specific database encryption keys.
Mass Enrollment
Mass Enrollment (Mass Enrolled) is a term that identifies a card and associated cardholder as eligible to enroll in the Verified-by-Visa program.
When a card issuer identifies a card as Mass Enrolled, the cardholder information is stored in the ACS database, either as personal cardholder data or represented as an initial password. If a cardholder attempts a purchase transaction at a merchant Website, the cardholder is given the option to participate in the Verified-by-Visa program (enrollment during shopping). However, that option is available only if the status of the card and cardholder status is set to Mass Enrolled, and the BIN Range allows this feature.
